A Little 10-year-old girl was walking home, alone, from school one day, when a big man on a black motorcycle pulls up beside her.
After following along for a while, turns to her and asks, "Hey there little girl, do you want to go for a ride?" "NO!" says the little girl as she keeps on walking.
The motorcyclist again pulls up beside her and asks, "Hey little girl, I will give you $10 if you hop on the back." "NO!" says the little girl as she hurries down the street.
The motorcyclist pulls up beside the little girl again and says..."Okay kid, my last offer, I'll give you 20 Bucks "and" a big bag of candy if you will just hop on the back of my bike and we will go for a ride."
Finally, the little girl stops and turns towards him and Screams out...
"LOOK DAD,......you're the one who bought the Honda instead of the Harley......SO YOU RIDE IT!"

Time For Another Tea Party?!
As some of you have figured out by now, I have a somewhat rebellious nature when it comes to politics and the direction that our country is headed. Both parties have been self-serving and deceptive. I'm getting tired of them pissing down my back and then telliing me that it's raining.I recently got an email from one of my state legislators regarding something called the Tea Party Protests. It's a growing movement across the country and I wanted to share it with you. It's through movements like this where your elected officials see your faces and hear your angry voices that things actually change.
The Tea Party protests, in their current form, began in early 2009 when Rick Santelli, the On Air Editor for CNBC, set out on a rant to expose the bankrupt liberal agenda of the White House Administration and Congress. Specifically, the flawed "Stimulus Bill" and pork filled budget.
During Rick's rant, he called for a "Chicago Tea Party" where advocates of the free-market system could join in a protest against out of control government spending.
A few days later, grassroots activists and average Joe Americans began organizing what would soon become the Nationwide Chicago Tea Party effort. On February 27th, an estimated 30,000 Americans took to the street in 40+ cities accross the country in the first nationwide "Tea Party" protest. Organizers of the February 27th events pledged to continue on with an even bigger and better protest to follow the first. With April 15th being "Tax Day", it was decided to schedule the second round of Tea Party protests to ride alongside the tax deadline. And with that, the "Tax Day Tea Party", the second round of the Nationwide Tea Party protests, moved into reality.
Check out the Tax Day Tea Party website and see what your state is planning. Unfortunately, it's only through events such as this that some elected officials will begin to listen again.

Chuck Norris For President
I may think that Chuck Norris is the worst actor of all times but I like his politics. So when he said that he may have to run for president of the Republic of Texas, I had to see what he had to say.
That's right...I said "The Republic of Texas".
Read what he had to say...

Riding A Motorcycle Helps You Stay Young
That's the claim being made by the scientists behind a new study. The brain gets activated to increased levels over a car driver because it requires heightened alertness according to Japanese scientists which can lead to smart ageing. After splitting the test subjects into two groups, the group that rode regularly posted higher marks in cognitive function tests. Japanese scientist Kawashima said, "I think we made an interesting stir here as data showed you can improve your mental condition simply by using motorbikes to commute."
For those of us that already ride, didn't we already know this?
